His Royal Highness the Infante D. Carlos, Duke of Calabria, Head of the Royal House of the Two Sicilies and Grand Master of the Order of Saint Januarius personally invested His Imperial and Royal Highness the Archduke Otto, former Crown Prince of Austria, Hungary and Bohemia, and Sovereign of the Austrian Order of the Golden Fleece.

His Imperial and Royal Highness was accompanied by his august consort, Her Imperial and Royal Highness Archduchess Regina, and his younger son, His Imperial and Royal Highness Archduke Georg.
